
1. About the Project
AfricXRJob is an innovative initiative funded under the SIFA Window III program (Skills Initiative for Africa), led by NET-INFO and supported by the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD), the European Union, the German Cooperation, and KfW. It aims to equip young people with the skills required to thrive in the immersive tech sector — from 3D production and virtual/augmented reality to digital entrepreneurship — through a certified and market-aligned training ecosystem anchored by TalentVerse, a digital twin platform for employment and innovation.
The project is entering a strategic phase focused on validation and improvement testing before market launch. This includes refining the marketing and communication strategy, assessing user engagement, and supporting ecosystem readiness for post-launch activities.
2. Mission Overview
The AfricXRJob project is seeking a Communication & Marketing Expert (individual, team, or structure) to support the validation and fine-tuning of its digital communication strategy and ensure an effective market launch.
Duration: July 15 – December 15, 2025
Location: Hybrid (Remote & occasional in-person meetings in Nabeul – Tunisia)
Contract Type: Service Contract

3. Key Responsibilities
The selected expert(s) will be responsible for:

Refining and adapting the digital and offline communication strategy based on project performance and engagement analytics.

Coordinating and producing social media content (posts, videos, reels) to reflect the upcoming launch milestones and events.

Supporting performance testing by monitoring user engagement and feedback across channels.

Guiding the marketing strategy adjustments through actionable insights and reporting.

Providing consulting support to the communication team on content planning, community engagement, and branding coherence.

Contributing to the final communication push leading up to and during the TalentVerse virtual fair and training showcase.

Coordinating communication efforts across the different regional and institutional partners.
4. Deliverables

Updated Communication Strategy & Action Plan (based on feedback from the previous phase)

Monthly content production and publishing (text + visuals + short videos)

Mid-mission Performance Report (by September 2025)

Final Campaign Strategy & Social Media Impact Report (by December 2025)

5. Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should demonstrate:

Proven experience in digital communication, marketing campaigns, and social media management.

Strong content creation skills across formats (graphic, video, written).
-
Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Strategic thinking and coordination capacity across multidisciplinary teams.
-
Familiarity with immersive technologies and digital culture is a strong asset.
-
Excellent communication in French, English, and Arabic.
