The AfricXRJob project is seeking a Pedagogical Expert to support the design of training content and learning paths within a metaverse-based educational environment.

Mission Overview:

As part of the project’s capacity-building activities, the selected expert will work closely with the project team to:

• Design training curricula tailored to 3D technologies, immersive media, and gamification

• Develop structured learning pathways that can be deployed in a virtual/metaverse format

• Ensure alignment with the project’s learning objectives and the target audience (youth, including unemployed individuals and women)

• Collaborate with trainers and technical experts to ensure pedagogical consistency

Required Profile:

• Proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development

• Familiarity with immersive learning tools, XR or digital education platforms

• Strong background in vocational or technology-based training

• Experience in international cooperation or youth capacity-building projects is a plus
